Come The Spring are a 5 piece Alternative Rock band from Birghton. Releasing there new Ep titled Revive EP, the digtail released was on 11th March 2015 and then physical copies came out 22nd March.

The Ep overall sounds has a "You Me At SIx'" vibe with "Mallory Knox but also has some screaming as well. Fast paced beat and a lot of use of different layers and shuffely rhythms.

The song that will got my attention was the song titled "Maps". Having a slow intro with guitar and vocals with drums and bass coming in, to support the melody of the vocals. Then the exploding chorus sound comes in, making such a big contrast in sound makes your emotions move. This is the type of song which breaks your walls down to let then let your emotions free.

There also have a music video for one of there songs "Memory & Resonance". I enjoy this more of an screamo appoach but I wouldn't say this is hardcore music. The song doesn't have the intro, so be prepare for the vocals to be in your face. The angry in the shouting really shows you that this song has meaning in the lyrics. There is a part of the song which is calm and it is seems to be really personally to the person.

4/5

Overall this EP i have enjoyed from being fast, not much time to stop. The emotionally approach is something that you don't always see and it is great to see bands still doing it.
