It would seem sacrilegious to say this but I think there is band around the block that could potentially be the new No Use For a Name! (Hey Fat Wreck Chords! Check them out!). Taxi for Bob is the band you should listen to if you like the old school, skater punk sound. Hailing from Barnsley, this 3 piece punk band should really belong to Southern California, the home of their sound.

 

The use of palm muting in their song "Stuck in here" pretty much says it all; they are a punk band! With Tom Jacksons melodic vocals, they injecting punk back again in to our bloodstream. Just what the society needs today, with their 5 Seconds of whatnot! -sorry, not sorry-.

 

Their EP is just brilliant! This should be the "stick it to the Man" anthem of this generation and spit on the mainstream fresh faced, well polished music.
